FS系列往復式旋轉(zhuǎn)噴淋清洗機
“富怡達”牌FS系列往復式旋轉(zhuǎn)噴淋清洗機主要用于大型金屬工件特別是鑄鐵件機加工后的除油、除屑清洗。是利用高壓水泵將清洗液噴射到工件表面，將粘附在工件表面的油污、鐵屑剝離下來的清洗方法完成清洗工作。清洗時噴淋嘴不動，承托工件的工件臺水平轉(zhuǎn)動從而達到全面清洗的目的。清洗作業(yè)時操作員只需將待清洗產(chǎn)品吊裝到清洗托盤上，按下啟動按鈕設(shè)備即自動將工件送入工作室進行噴淋清洗、噴淋漂洗（防銹）、切水后再送回到工作室外。廣泛應用于壓縮機殼體、電梯輪轱、大型軸承、發(fā)動機缸體等大型工件的清洗。
