Slot material is NPP; acid slot is available. Acid cleaning slot for discharge the chemical liquid can be either manually or electrically. Quartz turns automatically. Washing slot has functions of filling DI water, discharging and washing; the parameter can be set by the user. Transmission in the slot can be either manually or automatically; nitrogen drying is available. It has malfunction indication and alarming function.
